Return Process

  Log into your Hot Deals account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
